Really disappointing with service and the employees unprofessional speak rudely and they are a big scam artiest we have called in me and my wife to get her car towed because we lost the keys and we confirmed over the phone the price and we agreed on the price which it was 170$ we waited two hours for them to get there when they said it will be 45 the guy came start putting the car on and then he said the cost will be 250$ we have everything recorded on are dash cam and we will be reporting to business bureau for the fraud they are doing with customers and I see from the reviews I am not the only one that went through this it’s time to stop this none sense from these people

I was in a pickle when my clutch blew on centre street in the middle of rush hour traffic. I was thankfully able to get into a parking lot, but I knew it might be a tight squeeze for a tow - especially since my car is lowered and I would need a flat bed.I am pregnant, so was a little worried I would be stranded for a while waiting for a tow. I called ASAP for an emergency flat bed tow. They told me 20-30 minutes and quoted me what I thought was reasonable (but what do I know, I've never actually had a tow before).Much to my surprise, the driver actually arrived in 16 minutes and was able to magically MacGyver his flat bed and my car perfectly in the small parking lot.The driver was experienced and pleasant the entire time and plopped my car right on my driveway for my beloved husband to fix later =PThank you for the very quick and professional service! Much appreciated.

I called ASAP towing for them to tow my jeep to a local service shop. They did not provide a quote over the phone and just said they would arrive in 2-3 hours. The driver arrived in about 2 hours and loaded my vehicle fast. When it was time for payment, he calculated that it was a 14 minute drive to the service shop and was going to charge me $250. I said that can't be right. Finally he dropped the price to $220, but that is still outrageous for a local tow (14 minutes). Very disappointing as I never would have used this service if I had been quoted such a high amount over the phone. I should've been informed of the price beforehand and the price should have been within reason.

The guy seems in a hurry that did not take care pulling my van and almost wreck the muffler and scratched all over.

I slid into a ditch on icy patch of road googled and found this company. Person on the phone was professional and informative and caring. Driver arrived 10 minutes early and towed my car out with no issues. The tow truck driver towed my car to a reputable mechanic shop he knew because i didn't know where to go then dropped me home. I couldn't ask for better service especially during a stressful experience. I highly recommend them A++ service

I just got dropped off to my dealership with these guys. Very professional company that provided excellent customer service! I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who was clear about the pricing and knew exactly what I needed.They arrived only ~20 minutes after and loaded up my 2014 Audi A7. They provided me with a Flatbed and some free kilometers. The driver was upbeat and positive and we had a fun conversation.I would definitely use these guys again! Cheers AMPM Towing!
