Been Living here since 2019, I have had a positive experience with Accora Village. Love the location as the mall, park and the beach are close by. Staff and maintenance team have been nice! All requests were fulfilled!

There is ALWAYS something going on. So much NOISE!!! You can not just live your life in your home - you have so deal with extreme noise EVERY SINGLE DAY.And the stuff just simply don’t care if your whole family is stressed out because of constant noise.Do not rent here. Even a carton box would be better than Accora.Update: I was impressed by Accora dealing with power outage just overnight - faster than almost any other places! Also, it is a truly nice neighbourhood to walk around. I just wish it wasn’t so loud in apartment buildings(

I have recieved exceptional customer service from a technician named Chad. Accora Village is nothing without Chad. One of the best technians is Chad as he is professional, respectful, and treats us with kindness. Accora is diverse and Chad is always respectful and thoughtful of that as he makes everyone feel comfortable when he enters our home for maintenance work. Accora is lucky to have Chad working with them because he is honest and has great work ethic and customer service skills. Thank you Chad for all the dedicated work you have done in our home. Best place to live. All services are provided, in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance team is Excellent. I have been living in Accora Village for over 30 years and hoping to continue living here for many more years to come. It feels like living home away from home.

I have been in Canada for like 14 years. I live in Accora village for 3 years with apartment and townhouse. This is the best place to live. They even reply or send maintenance guy at Sunday evening. With affordable summer program for your kid and so many free activities. I bought a home so i had to move out. overall i would give 10 out of 5

Great place for the family to rent an apartment or a house. Various options for apartment and townhouse. Two schools options for kids - Carleton board or Catholic board. Main plus point is Schools & Bayshore Mall both situated at walkable distance so it is a perfect place for the newcomer who don’t have a car or driving license.There are also some restaurants and dominoes pizza nearby. Two Indian/Asian grocery stores are also nearby. I would definitely recommend someone who is new to Ottawa.

I love living in the Orion building at Accora Village. I have lived here since 2016, and it has been a very pleasant experience. Close to shopping, buses and with light rail coming to Bayshore Station , it will only enhance the experience.It is pleasant,, diverse neighborhood to live in.

It's been great living in Accora village. Whenever we have any issue with our apartment, they are always quick to send in a Technician to check it out and get it fixed as soon as possible. The apartment are well cleaned and they keep making improvements around the apartment to create a pleasant living experience.
