I had my family doctor fax a prescription request to the London Drugs Pharmacy at Quadra. When I went to pick up the prescription I was told that the fax was not received and to have the doctor re-fax the prescription. On my second return I was again told that there was no prescription for me. Called the doctors office, I was assured that the prescription was faxed, twice. I went back to London drugs for a third time. This time after insisting that the staff do a thorough search, the faxed prescription was found. Great, No. At this point I was informed that my prescriptions would take four days to fill, even though the medication was in store. I requested the faxed prescription so that I could go and have it filled at a different drug store. When I read the fax the date it was received by London Drugs was stamped on the fax. They received it the first time the doctors office faxed it. London Drugs waisted three trips for me, waisted staff time at the doctors office.......Disappointing

Did not even want to give one star, in photo department. I went to try and order some prints for photos, and the computer terminal would not do what I chose, it was one problem after another, and ended up being there over an hour, and could not get my photos printed and ordered. I gave up, and the staff helped once or twice with problems, but unfortunately the wrong thing kept happening, for example, there was over 200 copies ordered which I did not select. and deleting all those extra copies was not responding well at all. The staff were so busy with other customers, I gave up waiting for help, and could not stay any longer. I hope they will give the computer terminals some maintenance so they would work better.

This is my favourite London Drugs in town. While they are all good I have always found the service to be extremely excellent.I had a problem with a computer under warranty. Due to a miscommunication it went to ASUS with a technician having documented dirt I had missed and heavy use and not the power problem I had taken in during the day when it was new to have documented. London Drugs ensured that was made right like any other time I have had an issue.You get superior service and if there is something you want that they are not big enough to stock and write off they will special order the device of your dreams or lens or whatever.They are proactive in price matching and vs some places which might treat and extended warranty as you having to take a lesser replacement as the exact tends to be obsolete fast they are keen that you have the equal.Canadian owned and operated and the best service for any need you have.Canadian owned and operate

When ever I need help, I always get it. The customer service at this store is amazing. I would especially say a large thank you to James K. Whenever I need something he always finds it for me. I feel like he goes the extra mile every time. In other stores its, oh its out of stock but with James he actually tries to find it and one time he found a box in the back with the product I wanted. It was a big help. I will be a loyal shopper at London Drugs for a long time coming. Thank you James and London drugs.

Confirmation email states online orders should be ready for pick up in 2 hours or less. I have been waiting almost 24 hours for my order to be ready.

Massive renovation underway, give people some warning before they venture into the maze of a parking lot with massive construction vehicles and tarpaulin sections of store.

Rip off artists. Scammed me for $25 sat there and charged me $25 and gave me a 5$ phone bill.

Had to pick up prescriptions. Both times told they weren’t ready and could I wait for another 1-1/2 hours. This was already my second trip and could I come back again, for the third time! I said no. Does anyone know what fuel costs these days? Asked for my prescription so I could get my prescription filled elsewhere which the rep didn’t want to give it to me. Finally had the pharmacist approve to give it to me..I went to another pharmacy and the prescription was filled within 15 minutes. No more London drugs for me!Worse service ever experienced.

Purchased something online for in store pickup. They claim it would be ready within 2 hours and I'd be notified, waited 6 hours before going to the store myself only to find they didn't actually have the item I want in store, and that because I ordered it online, I won't be able to get a refund for it right away. I won't be buying anything from their website ever again, what a useless service.Edit: ok so I got my refund back already, maybe an hour after cancelling my order. They get one star back for that.
