I had a great sub and positive experience here. The woman working the counter was friendly and was meticulous making my sub. The place is very clean and looks to be recently renovated. Was definitely one of the better Subway experiences I've had. Recommend for a quick meal on the go.

This place has really gone down hill, it is never open. Everything about it is inconsistent, hours, portions pop machine is broken half the time. It's pretty sad. Also what's the deal with not keep staff !! Hire students, treat the staff better, so they can treat the customers better and actually have the store opened.... Just saying, anyways that's what myself and co workers think anyways.

Exceptional customer service by the staff!!! Very friendly!!!Clean restaurant!!! Fresh and tasty meals. I would give 6 stars if I could! Both visits where the same experience.

Food was good coffee was old stale and bitter. made a hot chocolate ,hot chocolate machine made a mess everywhere .I informed the attendant and she was too busy on her phone to clean it up so as a customer I cleaned it up.

Place was closed at arrival, the door sign says staffing shortages. Apply within. According to the reviews, it sounds like the place needs some new management aswell.

I wanted a refund due to being late for work and the sub not being complete. Christine in turn refused me for my refund and told me that I made her wait at my job and in turn I can wait for her since she wasn’t done and I needed to stop being rude and demanded I stoped yelling at her when I didn’t even raise my voice. I politely explained that I couldn’t be late for work and only wanted a refund. She continued to tell me that I make her wait at my job so I had to wait. She refused to let me leave the sub there so it is in the garbage. I still want my refund, as I should have received it when I asked because there was no reason for me to be denied or talked to in such a manner. I was late, and as effected my work as a result of her mannerisms. I will be calling corporate to ask about their refund policies.

Stopped here while working in Donnelly. Best service I’ve ever had in a Subway. The sandwich artist clearly enjoys her job and has a great work ethic.

I do not recommend going to Falher Subway. They never have veggies OR soup. Some staff are not friendly and not helpful whatsoever. Only ever have one staff member at peak meal times which makes the lineups and wait times extremely long. Subs are made very sloppy unlike other subway locations. Staff are also very unsanitary. I have had to ask them to change their gloves on multiple occasions.
