Lots of room to throw out your junk! Decent pricing. The bins are for the residential side. The commercial side (where the big warehouse type building is) is for anyone who comes with a vehicle like a rental truck. You need either a strong stomach or a really bad sense of smell because this area smells horrible. Even after we drove on the highway for 15 minutes, when we stopped, we could still smell the odour from the dump. Take air freshener with you because it really infiltrates your car, clothes and lungs!
