Absolutely always an easy and friendly experience here, would never go anywhere else. The ladies there are amazingly helpful and go above and beyond, then the normal usually rude experience my husband and I have had at numerous other service ontario sites. Folks it’s worth the drive to go here honestly. Even thru all the Covid backlog we had an issue and they got results fast and phoned us right away. Very impressed, I hope as long as my husband and I are driving all these ladies will still be there. Keep up the great work.

I have needed to visit the ServiceOntario office twice in the past month, and both times have been impressed with the level of service.The staff made the extra effort required to make sure that I was able to replace damaged plates while waiting for my renewal sticker to arrive by mail.

I had used the Uxbridge location once before when it was located in the north end of town. I couldn't get near the Ajax or Whitby stores, they are way too busy. What a wonderful delightful experience. Just like the GOOGLE reviews said the service was wonderful and friendly. I should of got the Lady's name she was awesome. Thank you.

The two ladies at the Uxbridge Service Ontario office are exceptional. I have never dealt with people at such a government office that are so helpful, patient and perform their work so well. A HUGE step up from my experiences at the previous location. Overall their cheerful attitude make these interactions very positive. Thank you ladies.

Had a great experience at this location today. It was all because of Jennifer. She is awesome. So friendly and knowledgeable. She truly made what is usually not the funnest experience fun and enjoyable. She was amazing with my 7 year old daughter as well. Even she left with a huge smile on her face, completely enjoying her time there. Best experience at a Service Ontario ever. Thank you Jennifer.

Ms. Jennifer was awesome. Best customer service ever especially in a Service Ontario. Jennifer was extremely helpful, kind, funny and really took her time helping me and my daughter with her first car. When I lived in other towns - going to Service Ontario was always such a grind. The staff would be abrasive, or rude, and I would be stuck there all day.That is absolutely NOT the case with this Service Ontario.Staffed by 2 very cheery ladies they make the experience so so much better in every way. I don't dread having to go to Service Ontario when I know I'll be greeted here with a smile, maybe a good joke or two. I think the longest I've ever waited here was 10 minutes - which is amazing considering most others I've been to I'm waiting for 1-3 hours.11/10

Awesome, and efficient. They know their stuff!Hours on Saturday however are 9 am to Noon only. The gals deserve some time as well.
