What an amazing customer service. Manvi served us today; she helped us selecting drinks and food from the menu and then prepare them too which was quick and tasty. Thanks, Manvi. really appreciate it.

Been going to this tims to get my almost daily iced capps since I moved to the area. I always end up paying like $3.50 for brown water in my cup instead. There is no consistency at this location. The employees are very nice though.

Worst customer service ever. We ordered cliantro bowl and got wrap. They crushed the ice in ice cap. The employees were so rude and ignored us and refused to change the order. What an awful customer service. Never gonna visit this location again.....

The reps Ruth and the chubby lady with glasses in grey shirt who never wears her name tag seems to be lacking in basic customer service skills, and their poor attitude has resulted in a negative experience for me. I am disappointed to say that my visits to this particular location have been soured by their rude behavior everytime. It is my sincere hope that steps will be taken to address and correct their attitude problems, in order to ensure that every customer is treated with respect.My two cents to them - If you don't like the job

Coffee tastes kind of burnt. Another coffee that tastes like it has only half a sugar. I am a 3 cream 2 sugar kind of gal - I need to taste the sugar! Great and fresh timbits I will add, I ordered 5 old fashion plain.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have received a stale White Coconut Donut. Not only are they stale but the size of them now are not much bigger than a tim bit.

This is a good location for meetings those coming outside of downtown Toronto by the 401. Service is friendly and quick, and as usual, bathrooms can always be cleaner.

I have been to this location many times and the customer service is always excellent, especially the afternoon manager, she is always very welcoming and friendly. Compared with this location, the Tim Horton's in hungtingwood and warden is a shame.

Ham and Swiss had 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese only. Bread was stale and dried up. Long time female manager would not refund when I showed her. I guess they believe in profit over anything else. Never again.

The coffee always tastes burnt or off. Also not sure how people can state the drive-thru is fast...it's probably the slowest drive-thru in the world specifically in the afternoon and evenings.
