Over the term of our 20 year business we have purchased 5 stump grinders from this firm. We won't be dealing with the company any longer since customer care, service/parts dept has declined over the years. Promises made for delivery dates were wrong twice and time and time again the wrong items were sent to us past the promised shipping date. Still waiting for proper chipper knives and belts after 4 weeks. Bandit industries, will be our new go to!!
