I was a member in 2016 for 1 year. I cancelled my member ship and the billing stopped. Months later the billing started again and has been ongoing UP TO THIS DAY. I contacted Shelly asking the billing to stop and the payments keep coming out. The billing has gone on for a very long time and she owes me over 600$. She is now IGNORING me (and i hope she sees this) and this is turning into a legal matter. DO NOT USE THIS GYM YOU WILL BE MISBILLED. This is happening to more people than just me. She will play the sympathy card and say she also runs 2 daycares and its hard for her. WELL SHELLY DONT TAKE ON MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE.

Clean, not busy, and the owner is nice.

I got the membership before covid started and I paid for 6 months, then they had to close the gym and I asked for refund , she said I will refund in a couple of days , so I waited for 4 days and called again, she said refund has been issued , you will get in 4-5 business days ,after a week she stopped answering calls. I dont know what is she doing in the business.

Although a small you can get pretty much all your work outs done. Lacking a few key pieces of equipment to get a 4 star rating.

dont even go to this gym! most of the time, the door is inaccessible and it lasts for few days up to a week. worst customer service ever!!! the owner is hard to reach and does not respond to emails and calls are not answered either. ive never experienced an unprofessional business ran ever before this.

Gym was okay but similar to the other reviews I emailed about cancelling my membership in August and was assured that it had been cancelled, however I continued to get charged so once again emailed and then AGAIN was told it had been cancelled. I continued to monitor my bank account and noticed that I was still being charged for four months after I had already tried to cancel it the second time. It took me a month to finally get a reply and another month to get my money back. Customer service was terrible!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!

It's quiet and clean. The equipment is new and easy to use. has the same things as a bigger gym too

DO NOT SUPPROT THIS BUISNESS The owner is unprofessional and unorganized. If you go here you more then likely will have payment issues, and because the owner lacks a back bone and does not know how to run a business you will be playing cat and mouse just to get ahold of her to straighten it out. Save your self some money and time and go somewhere else. Working out is supposed to be a good experience not a succubus of one.

Similar to the previous experiences, I've had a membership with this gym before and wanted out since the equipment seem rundown and unsafe. It was on February 2018 that I asked Shelly Prasad, the owner, to stop taking payments from my account. I did not receive any reply but I assumed that everything is good. Come March and I have still been charged. I did FOUR email attempts and few several phone calls before I finally got a response saying that she will stop the payment. However on April I was still deducted and that was the final straw. I went to her gym a few times to finally get a hold of her, and told her face to face that I wanted to cancel my membership and that I wanted a refund. What a shame that Shelly is a very unprofessional business owner!!!
