Worst store to shop at in the okanagan.I live in oyamaI save my shopping for kelowna.Over the past 10 years of being here i have experienced something with your immature staff everytime i go there.The time one of your male staff was laughing while opening my stall door in the bathroom, peaking at me through the crack. Thinking i was an friend/employee or something. That was in 2015. I never said anything. But when i got out. I shut the lights off and booted his door stall door in and left Unbelievable.I was there a month ago and this guy asked to cut me in line because hes on break. Yeah sure buddy... Eye roll... Go buy and that demolish that cheesecake as fast as you can. You got 13 minutes Beat it nerdPlease stop hiring kids. Fire your manager whomever the CEO is. Lake country needs a better alternative. Pleaase. Someone whome matters read this

Young staff didn't know where to find a product. In checkout, tried charging retail on sale item. Cashier went in isle to check. Came back and said not on sale. I went back and took sale tag off shelf and brought it to him. He said ok but for me to get back in line because he chose to take customer behind me with a shopping cart full. I just left.

Dienna or however you spell her name was so rude about a divider, and her coworkers were behind me being so rude and petty about it. Maybe if she’d use her ears she’d know I told her it’s my stuff. It’s an easy mistake but her and her coworkers were so rude about it.

I will start this review off by saying the staff are always extremely kind and the store is always very clean so that is great. I live in Lake country so I will usually go to Costco in Kelowna or to superstore in Vernon but in a crunch, I will come here. I would shop here more often. But the prices here are absolutely HORRIBLE! I understand that prices are going up everywhere but it is shocking every time I come in the store and come out with two bags of groceries and it’s usually $150-$200 each time. I will only be coming back here in case of emergency. It’s too bad because I live so close.

Every other day! Great to have a save on close by. However more importantly is the quality.staff...linda and so many more are so pleasant.the young trainees show alot of respect which speaks volumes to their character.(s) working hard the staff. Same as always! Early morning smiles
