Run away, run away! Tech guy was great, for diagnosis. THEN.....Repair for parts readily available in 24 hrs, take two WEEKS to get them. Radio silence except for emails telling you their supplier is taking time getting parts, even after I offer to get the parts for them. New repair company has parts, service and installation in 24 hrs. Should have read the reviews BEFORE we booked them. Easy to cancel your order - they must be used to it.

We contacted JC Service Solutions after contacting Electrolux for recommendations for a problem with our washing machine. A service man came to assess the machine and told us it was in fact working. After he left we discovered the machine was in fact still not working. We contacted them again, and after another visit the problem was discovered and we were told a part was needed and would be ordered. We understand completely that getting parts these days in not always straight forward or quick. However several weeks went by and we did not hear anything. We contacted them by phone and the woman with whom we spoke seemed to have no record of the part being ordered. It sounded as if the service man may have forgotten all together to order it, so she said she would get back to us right away". That was 2 weeks ago and still no reply or update. I paid $100 for a service call and am still without an operating washing machine and no word at all of the status!I will not be going forward with this company

I had a very positive experience with Kyle today. After a previous technician (from another company- sent by Whirlpool) had brushed off my concerns, Kyle took the time to figure out the problem and fixed it immediately. He was polite and pleasant to have in my home. I would highly recommend JC Service Solutions!

Horrible customer service. Its been 5 months since a request to replace a solenoid was given to this company and they still haven't been able to do that.Would not recommend any customers to get service from this company

Sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails and received no responses. It's impossible to get a live person to speak to.

Disastrous experience!!! I called Kitchenaid 10 weeks ago and they made an appointment for me with this company. They have been here 4 times to fix" my refrigerator and it still doesn't work! They have managed to scratch my wood floors with all the times they have dragged the fridge in and out. They have stopped picking up the phone and won't call or email me back. We are supposedly waiting on a part that "isn't available"

I had a couple of problems with my KitchenAid built in Microwave/Convection oven purchased in 2004.I was unable to reach my regular Whirlpool repair technician by phone and decided to call Oakville Appliance (where I buy all my appliances) to ask if they could recommend anyone who was reliable and did quality repairs.JC Service Solutions came highly recommended and so I gave them a call. An appointment was easily made for a convenient day and approximate time window.Eric, my new repair technician was friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to identifying the problems. The parts were ordered immediately via his Blackberry.When the parts arrived, Eric returned with John as this was a two man job. The microwave/convection oven weighs a ton and is wired directly and not plugged in. They soon had my appliance back in tip top working order once again.The only hiccup was, Whirlpool sent the wrong part inside the correctly numbered part on the outside of the box. Not a problem, a quick trip to a stock of inventory held by Eric and luckily he had the turntable motor part needed.I would highly recommend JC Service Solutions. Both Eric and John have a lot of experience and get the job done properly. Worth every penny to have my appliance up and working like new again. The replacement parts come with the Whirlpool 30 day guarantee should anything go awry.

My KitchenAid side by side Fridge Freezer stopped cooling and stopped dispensing ice. I called a repairman who fixed the cooling problem but said the auger for the ice dispensing was not accessible and couldn't be repaired. I lived with it for a few weeks and then thought this is crazy, so I called KitchenAid directly and they had JC Service Solutions set up a service call. Eric was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about this fridge (he says he is constantly getting updated training on their new models). He gave me an estimate for the new auger and said they would call when the piece came in. Today he returned and installed it and it's working great! Thanks Eric.

We had been experiencing cooling issues off and on with the Whirpool 4 door fridge. Kyle a technician from JC service solutions came over ran some tests and checked for recalls. Turns out it was a control board issue and that part had a recall on it. The software was malfunctioning and a new part was ordered.A few weeks later Kyle came back and installed it. Kyle was nothing short of professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend JC services and Kyle for any appliance issue.
