John helped me out immensely with my arthritic knees. He recommended very useful exercises to strengthen the joints as well as used cutting edge modalities to reduce chronic pain. He provided excellent recommendations without being preachy. He is extremely knowledgeable and very dedicated to his profession. He adopts a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnection of the various musculoskeletal, proprioceptive, and neurological systems to promote synergistic healing. He has extensive experience with world-renowned surgeons, and leverages that experience to the benefit of his clients. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I was struggling with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (with Nystagmus) earlier this year and it made even the most basic daily tasks like getting out of bed, walking, even focusing on a tv or phone almost impossible. I started seeing an improvement after the first couple of treatments with John, and by the third treatment, I was well on my way back to normal activities. John is very nice to work with, very professional and personable, and his office is impeccably clean and organized. I'm thankful I found Stirling Physiotherapy and highly recommend to anyone suffering from vertigo. Thank you John!

John is very good at what he does! For approximately the past year I have been experiencing stiffness and pain in my neck. I googled neck pain and related excercises and tried many... none worked. John not only fixed my problem but explained the cause and how to prevent reoccurance. I would highly recommend John to anyone!

I got hurt at work hurt my arm pretty good and he fixed me up pretty good got me back to full time work in the matter of 8 weeks. He is very good at what he does so if you ever get hurt that you need physiotherapy he the person for the job. A person that care about your health is the best kind always. Thank you so much!

Jon is nice and very knowledgeable. The muscles in my lower back were really tight and was sore most of the time. He was able to loosen up the muscles and helped me get rid of the constant pain. Highly recommend his service.

He is a compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful therapist and would highly recommend his service without hesitation.
