Worst company to get to handle your real estate business. Make you sign contracts under pressure without explanation.Who includes a buyer representation agreement form in the middle of bidding and signing a documents of purchase? Only Rita and her company will do such.Rude and condecending to their clients. Even when they know, they have not represented you properly, they hold you hostage so you can't buy or self with any other agent. When you call they don't return your call.Avoid this company at all cost.

Went in on a Saturday and spoke with a realtor that was new to the location, didn't give me a contact card or send an e-mail with information as promised throughout our discussion. Didn't seem to be interested in any business I had to offer now or in the future.Overall poor customer service, I will not be using this location for any future buying or selling decisions.

Ivan Desjardins & his team at Re/Max in Halton Hills were very knowledgeable, personable, & helpful. Great ideas for future projects, truthful answers and comments about properties viewed and much patience until he found us the house we love. I would strongly recommend Ivan & his team if you are looking to buy and/or sell.
