Genesis Flight College

I did my instructor rating at Genesis Flight College and loved every minute of it. The staff and instructors are very friendly, professional and always put me in a good mood. All the airplanes are top tier and provide a great experience with glass cockpit. In addition, the Collingwood airport is in a great location and there is lots to do around the area. The views of Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountain are awesome when you’re up in the air. I would recommend Genesis Flight College to every aspiring pilot who wants to develop a passion for flying!

I started at Genesis a year ago and have loved my experience being there! The people there are very friendly and I only have good things to say about the flight school. If your thinking about getting into flying as a career or just for fun, I would definitely recommend Genesis Flight College!

Becoming a student at genesis has been a wonderful experience for me.The location is ideal,the staff are very knowledgeable and always extend themselves to help regardless where you are in your taining. The aircraft and fleet are modern with glass screens, and provide added layers of safety in training.The maintenance crew is very open and are available to awnser any technical question you have in person about the aircraft.The availability of added services on site help create a well rounded training experience. The simulators are available to progress training even when the weather would have canceled the flight. It can save you money when the lesson doesn't have to be executed in the air.One of the only schools nearby able to continue your training to the commercial pilot/ multi crew level as well as provide you with training for an instrument rating and multi engine rating.Thanks to everyone at Genesis for the premiere training experience. I recently completed my multi-engine rating at Genesis in the amazing Diamond DA42. Genesis is extremely well-run, has a very well-maintained fleet of state-of-the-art Diamond aircraft, and everyone - from the owner Dave to the dispatchers and my instructor Ted Lee are focused, professional and caring. My highest recommendation for anyone looking for a quality flight training experience!

Some of the best staff and instructors I’ve ever seen and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Everyone is there to lean and grow as a pilot; no one there judges your history or experience. Renter and student friendly.

My husband and I went on a flight last weekend. The staff were very welcoming. Our pilot was excellent and explained everything he was going to do in a pre flight briefing. We felt at ease and had a wonderful flight. We are planning to take another flight and also letting our friends know of this little gem. Well worth the money!

I really had a great time at my first Discovery Flight Lesson at Genesis. A big thanks to Theresa, my instructor for making the experience memorable! Looking forward to get my private license in the future.

Came to Genesis with my PPL and CPL half done. My instructor, Peter, got me up to speed on the da40 platform and thr g1000 very quickly and continued my training. The school atmosphere at Genesis is top tier. Equipment is superior and all staff are great! I have now completed my CPL, Group 1 IFR and instructor rating with them and can't say enough good things about the school. Highly reccomend.
