Worked with Shivon Lavallee and she was fantastic. I would 100% recommend working with her, he was responsive both in the morning and into the late evening (up until 11 in the evening at times) and did everything to the letter getting real property reports, suggesting lawyers to work with and was overall very pleasant.we had minor issues on the first sale and she assisted with navigating it and with getting us back out and looking at properties' within a day or so and moving forward so that we are now into a house we love.cannot suggest her highly enough.

I didnt deal with Maxwell directly, i did purchase a home Maxwell listed, I have to say what a nightmare, the listing agent couldnt even bother to make sure the property was move in ready, we spent the first weekend cleaning and removing junk that we didnt want, I understand things happen but this is unacceptable and ontop of that Maxwell has not reached out to try to rectify the situation, leaving me with no alternative but to call in lawyers. Worst experience ever.

They also deal with rentals. They showed us a place with moldy baseboards and structural damage and when we asked if that would be fixed, they said they were waiting for it to get worse before fixing anything!

Would 100% recommend using Mike Calverley of Maxwell Progressive as a realtor. We've been using him for almost all of 2020 and Mike is amazing! We had a very specific style of house in very specific locations and Mike was so knowledgeable through the entire process. In the end, the house we wanted ended up being a little trickier than expected to purchase but Mike pulled through and was there for us every step of the way! Without him, we never would have been able to get the house of our dreams. Definitely use him as your realtor, he is the best!
