Shine of Minnetonka

I reached out to Shine to wash my windows and screens and a storm door on the exterior only. They were prompt in returning my call and squeezed me in the same week even though they were very busy. The two techs that did the work were very friendly and very accomodating. I had only one issue with the quality of cleaning with the screens. I saw them brush them but not wipe them and they were still pretty dirty. I re-did them myself to my satisfaction. Jeff the GM offered to come back and redo the screens or give me a partial refund for the lack of quality and inconvenience. I accepted the partial refund since I had done the screens myself. He definitely wanted me to be happy and felt bad I wasn't 100% satisfied. I would give them another try next year. I would say that for the size job that this was, 10 windows, 5 screens and one glass door insert, exterior only, the price seemed high. Over the years, I have paid other companies $35-$80 for the same job. But they came when they said they would and were friendly and willing to rectify the problem.

I called Shine on a Wednesday morning, and even though it was a small job, they fit me in the same day on route to another house. Jeff was great to work with, and the guys that came out were professional, friendly, and they did an amazing job on my very dirty windows. I highly recommend them and I will be calling them in the spring to wash them again!

Shine on Minnetonka was willing to clean our windows in the middle of February when a few other companies I had contacted only agreed to start in March. Their willingness to offer their services helped us get our home ready for listing and showings in the timeline we wanted. Their crew was friendly, polite, attentive and professional. We are very satisfied with their work!

Jeff and the guys on the Shine team did a great job on our windows this past weekend. We have an historic house with lots of heavy storm windows and they guys safely and methodically removed the storms, cleaned them so they are super shiny and they safely and neatly replaced them. The team of guys was communicative with me and with one another. They were also friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. Our windows are sparkling - inside and out! Ted and Joe were great. They arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They were professional and answered our questions as they did an excellent job in cleaning our ceiling fan and windows. We will use Shine again.

Shine of Minnetonka pressure washed the exterior of our home and washed and cleaned the inside and outside of our windows. Every interaction with them was very professional, timely and high quality. Our home and windows look great thanks to Jeff and his on site team lead by Joe and Ted. We plan to use them regularly from this point forward. We also plan to have Shine design and install our holiday lights this year. Thanks Jeff, Joe and Ted and the rest of the Shine team for a job well done.

Shine met and exceeded expectations. Jeff was prompt professional and accommodating in estimating the job and scheduling it quickly. Ted and Joe did an amazing job and even came back the next day to make sureIt was finished to their satisfaction. They even let me add a power washing job while they were here.
