We love the selection of foods, the Cafe has some nice meals but now, we've had enough of the lazy, snotty attitudes of the cashier's. Unhelpful, unhappy and simply miserable.We were also overcharged today and went back inside to rectify it and took a refund on the product. If you're out don't fill it up with a more expensive product.

This review is for the COMMUNITY CAFE which is inside the store. It’s quite nice! I enjoy the “create your own salad” you get quite a bit of everything and it’s only $14. compared to “seed and salt” where everything is over priced. Tried other items on the menu and every one was tasty.

We have been shopping at all three locations and we are starting to get really uncomfortable about this community" especially at the 61 Ave store. Cashiers at this location are extremely rude and we ignore it for the most part but enough is enough. We are spending our money buying your products so at the very least the cashiers should greet the person they dealing with

My wife and I shop here quite often and the place is great, but full warning not to buy their 20$ pumpkin pie! We liked the ingredient list being a little more healthy but when we took it home the pie had a sort of filo dough instead of a pie crust... This was so disappointing. Who wants to eat fill dough pumpkin when celebrating the holidays. It ended up tasting of just sugar and damp filo dough and I wish we hadn't bought it.

Oddly aggressive about their membership. Cashiers should not ask MULTIPLE TIMES and get me to apply for their membership if I keep saying no. Some of us do not care about the extra 10 percent in savings, and you should respect that.Train your staff.

Some of the worst customer service, rotting produce, and bad prices.I was reluctant to write this but after years of the same problems I have to say something.Only reason I come back sometimes is the need to find organic fruit when there's no other options. You have to be careful because I find rot in some of the produce. So check carefully.Also, why is the customer service there so cold and rude. I worked as a bag boy when I was young and I always made sure to greet and say good bye. Today my cashier was Debbie and couldn't be bothered with a greeting and ignored me when I said have a nice day". I'm always normal

Discovered this store about a couple of years ago when I changed my diet and I love it. A lot of organic selections, store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Marnee was so helpful and lovely! She gave us lots of information on baking gluten free and totally made our day with how nice & helpful she was :)
