I just want to warn everyone about this companies return policy. They have a final sale policy on all products purchased at the store and will not refund whatsoever. Do your due diligence check there YELP reviews before you purchase, as many customers have had issues with this company. There customer service will not help you as well! Your better off to shop at the competitors (Simons, Nordstrom) with way better service and a peace of mind.

Currently living in NY and following Rudsak on Instagram. I felt in love with a purse called PURE". Was trying to order it online but unfortunately they only ship few items to the US and not all of them. I ended up calling the Rudsak store in Ottawa

Treading started coming undone everywhere. I decided to keep it because they didn’t have my size and winters are cold. So, now winters over and I’d like to get it repaired. Customer service sucks. Not impressed.

Please dont use Fur, It is cruel, antiquated and just plain unnecessary. Animals are skinned alive for profit, while alternative, cruelty-free options are readily available. Please go Fur Free

i have purchased many things from this company since years.I purchased a purse used it once or twice. When I wiped it the color is coming off. You only get email and it takes forever. So if this is customer service I will stop buying from them. I am supposed to send it back and pay for repairs its not even a 7 months old. Very disappointed I always try to encourage Canadian companies.

Had the best time prepping for winter 2020 with the help of Ahmud (hope I spelled your name right) and Ryan! Very friendly and insightful salesmen, excellent customer service. They helped me find a nice coat that fit all my criteria. I can’t wait to receive my Malefica coat and love the Pom Pom hat. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality down parkas. It truly was a great customer experience for me and exceeded my expectations. Winter 2020, here I come!!

Horrible customer service. Very sales driven, my boyfriend spent$1800 on a coast for me. I did not like the coat and I went in to store for return and they refused to refund claiming all sales are final and customers are made share. My boyfriend was never told it be final sale. He never buys anything as a gift that is final sale. Also, the sales here prefer to serve you in french so beware not to trust their english. We dealt with manager at time...just WOW

Trash return policy. No refunds. Sales associates were inflexible and unfriendly. Sara, was incredibly unhelpful. Rudsak doesnt even bother answering this review and only answers 5 star reviews.
