I brought my 2015 Explorer in for some warranty work and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The work was completed as promised. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of car work.

I purchased my truck three weeks ago from Steve, he’s absolutely awesome to deal with! Richard from parts is also amazing to deal with! Brought my truck in for service this morning for a warranty issue and Ivan was exceptionally great as well! I’ve never brought my vehicle to a dealership because of the horror stories I always hear regarding being ripped off, Ivan has made me think differently and I’m not nervous anymore. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease.

Ivan was extremely helpful with answering my questions about my car. He was very honest and friendly to speak to. He assured me that if I needed any more help with my car in the future I can just contact him quickly.My car was repaired very quickly and runs very smooth now! I feel so lucky to be able to have Ed Learn Ford here in the city to help me with my car whenever I need it.

The BEST Ford in Ontario let me tell you!!! If you go, ask for Josh and Katie!!!I placed an order for a Bronco January 2022 and had to wait a year to get it (due to supply chain issues). Josh was an absolute gem in helping me at every step of the way and spent an entire year updating me on any news that he had as it came up.The entire process from placing an order up until leaving the dealership was smooth as butter - communication couldn't have been better!! They don't overcharge and make you feel like a part of the family immediately. I'm a Ford convert through and through!!!Guys, thank you again soooo much for all of your help, attention to detail, being so accommodating, patient and taking care of all my needs. My car is absolutely perfect and the ride home from St. Catherine's was super sweet despite the miserable weather. Again Josh and Katie y'all are amazing and I hope to see you guys soon to show you all the mods and progress with the build !!!

Unfortunately my experience here was overwhelming negative. I went and booked an appointment for 2 airbags to be replaced due to recalls. Ivan let me know that he ordered 2 for me and gave me my date and time to return for them. When that date came, they called me after having my truck for 2 hours and said that they were only able to do one side as they ran out of airbags". This was despite being told that they ordered 2 for me

My sales rep, Jamie Atkinson, was very professional yet personable. He made me very comfortable with no pressure. When I had issues to deal with under warranty, he went above and beyond. I was working in BC and my truck was at Ed Learn in Ontario, he was my eyes, ears and voice to get things done, on time and accurately. Well done Jamie. Ivan, Service Manager also was extremely helpful, chasing warranty company for authorization and getting the work completed as quickly as possible.

This was by far the best truck buying experience we have ever had. From Lindsay in sales, to Charlie in service and Katie in finance services, every single team member made the experience flawless. We were treated with the utmost respect and care and presented with all the important information regarding the vehicle and its features and options. Everything about the vehicle and transaction to purchase was transparent and all questions and concerns were addressed. This was a red carpet experience. This was my first experience at Ed Learn Ford. I purchased a used 2019 Escape SE at a different dealership in January. It came with synthetic oil, and was the recommended choice. This is the first time I’ve ever had a vehicle with synthetic oil, and figured because of the low kms on the vehicle I may as well take it to a Ford dealer for its maintenance. Sarah, my advisor was so kind and explained the difference between “The Works” in terms of cost and services. I ended up going with the basic oil change, reasonably priced for synthetic and my vehicle was ready within an hour.My only gripe was that I was told my vehicle was out front, and it was pouring rain. I walked around for a solid 2 minutes and could not find my vehicle, one of the techs left it in the back and it had to be pulled back around after I went in and asked where my car was. Other than that, I had a great service. I waited in the lounge and enjoyed a cappuccino, everything was great and I look forward to future services at Ed Learn.
