Top notch service, competitive rates, cool with customer-supplied parts, and willing to get up close and personal with cars that other shops wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Recently took my imported Toyota sedan to Aria for a major service based on recommendations after being turned away by other shops, Billy and his crew delivered. They did everything I needed done to the car, nothing more and nothing less, and nothing seems funny about the car after it came back. Would not hesitate to come back when it's next due for service.

Very extremely disappointed in you Marko, I thought you were a genuinely kind person especially to a customer. But your true colors came thru very clearly. I will not recommend you to my friends, ever as your customer service skills need big time work. You live in Canada now, not Croatia. Canadians are very friendly and kind people, especially to customers. You are deleted in my contacts.

On short notice, Billy accommodated me for a mount and balance winter tires on existing rims and install back on the car. Nice, professional owner and his employees. Chatted with Billy about some aspects of my car and about other cars. Good honest service.

My son Victor recommends this store to us today. He and his friends went to this store before. Both Billy and Sam are very nice. Sam helped us to solve our car's problem only in half hour. I really appreciate their professional and kind help!

Awful shop. They are scammers, I went to buy a set of wheels and they said they are like new. When I got there the tires were worn out ant the rims were completely scratched. They told me that it is normal. My lord just try to avoid this place. Can you imagine letting them work on your car?

Most important thing about choosing a shop is trust. This place is legit and the owner is an up standing person. Had a chance to chat with him, he went to sfu for bachelor degree then to bcit for his mechanic license. Had my Audi TT in and out fast and properly done. Highly recommend.

Billy and his team are A+ mechanics. I've been coming here every time an issue pops up with my car, or just general service. Quick communications, quick service, and a super knowledgeable team. Brought my BMW in for an AC Recharge, went upstairs to their cozy waiting room, and before an hour hit I was told my car was ready. Will be back!

I've come here for tire mounting and alignment services. Prices are fair, workmanship is good, and service is timely. Overall, I am very happy w/Aria. I'd definitely recommend them.

I was a bit late for my scheduled time but the mechanic on-duty was nice enough. I just needed a serpentine belt replaced for routine preventive maintenance but he needed the part ordered in. Luckily he was able to get it brought in the same morning so I didn't have to wait that much longer than 1.5 hours. I had some reading material with me so I didn't mind the wait; it's nice to be able to have a comfy sofa to read in while waiting in the waiting area. He did ask if I had the part with me already (I didn't) so I imagine pricing might've been a bit lower and he might've been able to get the job done a bit faster.There's also glass cups and a machine for getting hot and cold water in the waiting area in case you get thirsty. The price for the part and labour was reasonable, coming out almost 20% cheaper than my dealership. The mechanic also let me know about the status of related parts and what to look out for when they need to be replaced. Overall, I recommend giving this place a shot if you need some work done; it's nice to have a friendly-enough mechanic working on your vehicle and even nicer to get more reasonable pricing. Definitely wouldn't hurt to contact them for quotes too if you're shopping around
