Went for a pedicure here and did not love my experience. I booked an appointment ahead of time but it seems that doesn’t matter because I still waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there.They started my pedicure then someone else arrived for their appointment so they stopped my pedi, got them started with their nails then came back to continue my pedicure.I did not feel like I got a relaxing experience because of the start and stopping throughout the whole pedi. Also, the nail polish colours seem very old and could use a revamp. The colours need to be shaken a lot before you can see the real shade.

This place is awesome!!! I got my nails done for the first time in years and that experience left me feeling like never doing it again. Then someone recommended this place and omg this is now my new go to place. They were great and nothing felt rushed and I felt like I was the only one who mattered. Such a great experience will be going back for sure.

Difficulty getting a nail repaired after only 1 week. Ended up getting a new nail installed at another salon. Will not be returning.

This is a wonderful place, great attentive staff, clean salon and relaxing environment. Tetra is my favourite for manicures and pedicures. My husband likes Ken, Lan or Tetra for his pedicures. I highly recommend this place.

Absolute favourite place to go. Staff is so friendly and they all do an amazing job. Never a complaint getting my nails done here! Best place I’ve been too in a long time ☺️ would recommend 100 times over!

I went for a Pedicure, first time there.I am used to have my nails done in Orleans/Ottawa and shellac lasts a long time on my nails.They haven’t lasted even 2 weeks, I paid 25$ more for my pedicure compared to my friend who had a manicure? There was no price lists at the location.Poor customer service, they were 30 mins late for my appointment. I don’t usually make alot of reviews but I was really disappointed.Would not recommend .
