It's a long way to walk in the snow especially with suitcases for what you pay. Why don't they have a shuttle or golf cart at least

Security here is a joke, my truck was stolen from their lot and a couple dozen other cars were broken into that same night. We have tried to contact royal star, the company who is in charge of the lot to see what they will be doing to make sure it doesn't happen again and we were told they didnt even know it had happened and they would pass out number on to a manager, we have never heard back from them despite multiple calls. The worst thing is there's no other options
