I went in for laser hair removal and will not be going back. Hiba was rude over the phone and during my appointment. She was not informative during our “consultation”. She made no efforts to make the experience more comfortable. At the end of my appointment when I expressed my feelings about the experience and suggested how it could’ve been made better; she rolled her eyes and did not say anything.

I visited DermaEnvy Skincare -Waterloo twice and I got the microdermabrasion treatment from Dara M. She is very knowledgeable and professional person.She explained me the process and instructed me post treatment routine very carefully.She didn’t try to sell me anything how It happens at other most of the skincare clinics. This place is very clean and great ambiance .I would highly recommend this place.

Dara is truly amazing! Her skills in all her services is amazing! Had Micro needling and am so happy with the results! I will be returning in the New Year. I would recommend her to everyone. If you’re wanting to book a service but she knows you won’t benefit from it, she will tell you! Shes honest and Professional. Book with her now ladies! :)

I came to this clinic for two IPL treatments/ photo facials and would recommend this place to all my family and friends! They had a promotion so the price was great and the staff was very knowledgable and was able to recommend what treatment was best for my skin. I saw major improvements in my skin after each photo facial and am really happy with the results and will continue going here!

Atmosphere was very clean and soothing. The treatment room I was in had a huge window with a nice view overlooking the city. Service was very friendly and polite. I went in for waxing and it was done fairly quickly. However, after I returned home I noticed some small patches of hair on my legs that had been missed which was disappointing. I was thinking better lighting in the treatment room might help in the future - there was no spotlight, just overhead lights.

I went and saw Dyanah for teeth whitening and light therapy. I couldn't have known less about what the treatments entailed and she was so welcoming. She explained everything in detail making sure I got the treatments I needed and made sure I was comfortable the whole way. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need. I will definitely be back!

I came here to get a facial and teeth whitening done. Angela was very helpful during the whole session and made me feel comfortable. I didn't really know much about what was going on, but she explained it very well. My skin feels a lot smoother after the facial and my teeth barely got any whiter, but its recommended that you come in 2-3 times. Definitely will come back again!
