Ive always had a great experience there. Their inventory is great, and the prices can't be beat.

Great selection of styles, however I couldn’t find anything over a size 8, which was frustrating as I am a 9.5- sometimes even a 10 (women’s). I do hope to go back sometime and hopefully have better luck!

Love this place just bought a pair of Kodiak boots reg 180 paid only 30.

Always helpful staff and massive selection of shoes, boots and sandals. Keep an eye open for the clearance section, there are some crazy deals on a regular basis

Softmoc is a clearance warehouse although you wouldn't know it. The selection is amazing!!! There are mens, women's and children's footwear ranging from sandals, winter boots, dress shoes, slippers, runners and everything in between. The infamous Doc Martin's are also available for women at the moment but selection changes all the time! Be aware that there are no refunds and only exchanges even if staff tell you that you can get a refund. I give this a 4 star due to a staff member not knowing refund policies which is important when dealing with customers. I'm currently sitting on a $160 credit because of bad communication after buying three pair of footwear. If you're looking for good selection of footwear look past my review as the selection is 5 star

Love this store! Ever since finding it years ago this is the only place I shop for my footwear! Great prices and very friendly staff. The product is super cute and stylish!

Went in there to exchange a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. Didn’t find my size so I picked a pair that cost $30 more so I thought. The sign on the table says Birkenstock $100 I go to the cash to do the exchange and notice the box say $105 I was fine with that. When the girl rings in the Birkenstocks they come up as $137 I ask her I thought they were $105, she says no $137. I told her never mind I’ll just take the gift card for my exchange, I didn’t bother with any why’s. She quickly handed me the gift card and walks off leaving a long line of people. She was in no mood to help resolve the problem. Beware of what your getting charged here.
