American Eagle Store

The size selection was alright and the store was overall nice and clean. My problems came with the employees. There were only two other ladies in the store shopping when I asked if I could try on a couple things. When I asked, you could tell that I had interrupted their conversation and they evidently did not want to be there. There were eye rolls and lots of moaning as they found out who had the key. When I did get to the cash it continued. The interaction included one employee asking another what the discount on Arie clothing in the store was. His response was whatever the machine comes up with" while snapping at the girl. Didn't make me feel too confident that I had gotten the proper discounts. On top of this he was doing a return for another girl so she was witness to this interaction as well.I hope that if I go back to this location again it isn't the same kind of interaction because I will just end up ordering online and returning what doesn't fit if that's the case."

Great place for clothes. But impossible to find a person in the store willing to help with anything,

I am honestly so pleased with the service today. A young amazingly sweet girl named Olivia made my daughters back to school shopping experience the greatest day ever. It was her first time shopping at this store (finally being able to fit into the clothing), was heading to middle school, and Olivia found all the best possible deals for my girl so she could re vamp her style for this new excelling school journey. My girl loves her clothing! Every great find you found for us . :) I cannot say how pleased and helpful, and sweet Olivia was today. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! Jill and Kenzie

Great service. They actually didn't have the product I wanted, but I got a pleasant surprise: I was able to order in-store (from very helpful staff) and found out it would come right to my address without a shipping fee.

It was awesome the girl went out back to see if they had the size I needed and they did thank you

I never leave reviews but this one is warrented, I Was super nervous as I had to return something ordered online (had never done that before) staff named Kristy was the best customer service rep going! As someone who spent many years in customer service, my standards are high and she hit every point! If you want good help ask for her. There was other staff but one of them was extremely rude, unhelpful and disorganized. She spent most of her time wandering around not really doing much like I watched her literally doing nothing while I folded clothes that were left everywhere! Kristy, I hope this gets back to you and I hope this reassures you that you are not full of yourself, just a great employee that should be valued and recognized.
