Top notch guys, doing top notch work. They installed Shingles on our roof and one day in and out. Cleaned up the work area, wouldn't be able to know they were even there except the job well done on the roof! Thanks again guys !!

The phone rings and I answer it. I have no idea who it is, but to be polite I listen. He introduces himself as Jonathan from Mountain Ridge Reno and Roofing. I’d never heard of him, but I continued to listen.He told me that he had heard that we had a major leaking issue with a new roof installation, and we were not receiving any satisfaction from the original installer. He informed us that he was familiar with our problem and had first-hand knowledge of the shoddy treatment that we were given. Of his own volition, he offered to make it right at HIS expense!We had NEVER met, but he knew what had happened. He felt it was very unfair and wanted to right a wrong that had been done to us even though the wrong wasn’t his responsibility! We asked him what we would owe him, and again he said he wanted to do it as a favour because what had transpired was so very wrong. We wouldn’t owe him anything!A proper repair was made was made. We were more than elated for his kindness and the outcome of our problem. Mountain Ridge did a great job of shingling our extra garage. They were prompt, courteous, and the shingles look great. Price was as quoted.

I was received the quote after numerous calls to ask if the quote was ready FIRST RED FLAG. Promised installation of roof, soffit, facia etc and shutters the first week of June. No roofers, no phone call, SECOND RED FLAG. I phoned THEM 2nd week of June was told by the end of week or beginning of next. Nope. they did not show up or call, THIRD RED FLAG. End of June I talk to the Shutter supplier and was informed the shutters hadn’t been ordered, there is a minimum of 5 weeks lead time, FOURTH RED FLAG. I called them to cancel the shutters not wanting to wait an additional 5 weeks. Phoned AGAIN to ask when they are coming…. once and end of their week beginning of next, FIFTH RED as they didn’t show up AGAIN. I have rescheduled other exterior work and a vacation multiple times. Today is JULY 22 I don’t have a new roof.

Received several quotes & Jonathon was very competitive with his pricing & the day we called to confirm inquire - he was there to get us a quote & hired his team for our removal & installation of new shingles & a few days after installation a very strong wind came came & he was there at 7:30 am the next morning to make sure all was good ! Not one shingles lifted!! The quality & integrity of his workmanship & business etiquette is very professional !!

Quick to respond and fit our job in! Went the extra mile to colour match our downspouts and even fixed a piece of siding while he was there! Excellent work and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Mountain ridge did an excellent job installing our new shingles. They were quick to answer any questions we had and left everything clean, including our gutters. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do some roofing Reno’s.

These guys were awesome! Came early in the morning to re-shingle my roof and were done by mid afternoon. They did an excellent job and stuck to the quote they gave me. I would highly recommend them to anybody else looking to get roof work done.

The boys at Mountain Ridge Reno’s and Roofing did a great job re shingling my roof. They were prompt and efficient, and the roof looks great. Jonathan gave me a quote and stuck to it. That doesn’t happen often usually the bill is higher then the quote at least with other projects I’ve done. This was my first time hiring them and I would definitely recommend these guys.
