Kettlemans Bagel’s has the best bagels in Toronto! They have many types of bagels/ bagel sandwiches and cream cheeses to choose from. All the food is extremely fresh, staff is friendly and shop is clean.

I have been here twice. I won’t be back. The bagels are missing a bit more sweetness in the dough, the taste is a 7 out of 10 maybe a 6 even. Just something off and I would say they’re just average. Anyone posting positive reviews hasn’t had better I think. You guys should improve your bagels. All of the baked goods displayed looked bad quality and not tasty looking at all. I think the donuts looked like the one’s you get at metro. The tuna salad tasted poor, not good flavour. A lot of work needs to be done to improve this brand. I won’t be back, especially when you charge more than other bagel places but they have better bagels. You also had 15 staff or more on for what I’m not sure. The staff were friendly though.

I was surprised when I knew that this shop is open 24/7. Perfect for a late night snack or for brunch. They make the bagels on the spot. The staff are very nice & accommodating.Must try: Reuben with Pumpernickle bagel & the Kettleman's special.

Opened in Nov 2020, this first Toronto branch maintains the same standards and is consistent with the Bathurst location. With its 24/7 availability, customers can indulge in fresh bagels at any time.They have a lot of bagel flavours on the menu ranging from their blueberry, cinnamon & raisin, and pumpernickel bagels to list a few. They offer various toppings, including dairy-free cream cheese, to cater to different dietary preferences. Apart from classic bagels, the establishment also offers unique options such as green (St. Patrick's Day) or rainbow bagels, adding a fun twist to traditional ones. For a more substantial meal, customers can choose from the menu's several bagel combinations like the BLT, Kettleman's Special, Reuben and more. Also, if you're ordering bagels to go, there are bagel freezer bags that they offer to bring home!Ordering online or in person is convenient, and pickup was very efficient. The staff is friendly and provides helpful recommendations. Also, this location has a lot of dine-in space and an amazing outside 'patio' space that opens up. Overall, Kettlemans in Etobicoke is a great spot for anyone craving fresh, delicious bagels.Do note, bagels get sold out pretty early on Sunday so make sure you either go first thing or later in the afternoon for their replenished stock!

Bss as hell no question is phenomenal and made before your eyesLoved the everything, but cutting the bagel in halfWhen it’s Montreal style doesn’t have enough surface area to support the meat sandwiches..roast beef was excellent, just wouldn’t stay in, don’t cut them in half!

The veggie pizza bagel was yummy on the edges but gross on the inside. It was a bagel with cheese and then a tomato slice in the middle. I thought they would have a bit of onion or pepper bits but it was just a tomato. The worst part is it felt like that tomato has been sitting there for many hours so all the moisture sunk into the cheese and it made the cheese so soggy. It felt like I was eating watery tofu and this was the majority of the bagel. It was very disappointing considering the great reviews of the place. I also ordered some bagels to take home and I was shocked to see how big the hole was. I attached a picture of the bagel when I toasted it at home. I’ve never seen so little bagel in my whole life. I haven’t seen it in another bagel shop or even the grocery store. The bagels are also sweet have no salt and I’m wondering if they used the wrong condiment. It tastes like flavourless crispy dessert. The place was pretty and the staff were kind but the food quality was abysmal. I won’t be returning and will stick to the delectable bagels at What A Bagel that give massive bagels.

Great service, tasty bagel, wide selection of options. Got the kettle man special and it was good. The interior was really nice and I liked being able to watch the bagels being made.

Sesame bagel with cream cheese is pretty good. Bagel has a slightly sweet aftertaste. If you get one of the other bagels like the cubano it comes with a great pickle. Overall pretty decent place to eat if you’re passing by the area.

They should be ashamed to call these “bagels”. These appear to be wheels made of dough. It cost us $17 for a dozen which included a bland pretzel.I could live with the giant holes in the pretzels but they were completely underwhelming with a chewy dough and felt like they were made 3 days ago (we got here at 11:00am - you’d think they would bake daily fresh ones for customers but nope). I also felt their customer service dismissive when I asked for another bag.This place looks fancy on the outside but terrible on the inside. Unfortunately, I will not be returning back here.
