I highly recommend Digital Planet Computer. My laptops manufacturer wanted me to replace a laptop for a burnt out keyboard. Geek Squad at Best Buy wanted to charge me $150 to tell me I needed a new keyboard without even doing the repair. The folks at Digital Planet Computer listened to my issue and fixed it with very little hassle. Don't take your device to big corporate get a new" obsolescence pushers. These guys will fix it for you!"

I took my Asus laptop that had usb power surge problem to this store before Christmas. Person in there told me they will troubleshoot it and give me a quote in advance.After that day, I did not hear from them for almost a month. Then I went down the store and they told me they are still troubleshooting. So I waited another week. Then I went to store again and they said they are going to repair it and give me a call that day so I could pick it up tomorrow.Didn’t get a call and went there after a week. Guess what, not repaired.Worst costumer service ever. They even charged me 40 bucks for scamming.They never tried to contact me unless I visited their place. At least give me a call and tell me it is not repairable, or waiting for a part to arrive or something.
