Very helpful and friendly staff. I bought a watch for my wife there, she went after to adjust the strap and they provided her with excellent service, also changed her other watch batteries for free.

Best service you can think of. I came in twice for help with my watches and both times I had to BEG them to let me pay. They wouldn't take my money. SUPERIOR customer service. Very rare nowadays! Keep it up

I went to change a batterie on my TAG watch and i asked if i could wait for the service the salesman answer me with a smile and said that will only a few minutes and while i am waiting i find a beautiful bracelet for my wife and the salesman finish with my watch and gave a exellent services showing me the bracelet very happy with my purchase and more happy with the service i will recommend my friends to visit this store and thank you for everything
