Got my car broken into and laptop stolen. Cops caught the guy and I got my stuff back.

The WORST company in existance. No ethics at all. Be prepared to be over charged and saturated with made up fee's. I enrolled in Impark because I started a new job and never worked in downtown where I couldn't park wherever. I was charged over $250.00 for my first Invoice for a $180 a month spot. Then, the second month my monthly price went from $180 to $200 because they can change rates however they want. Please please take your business elsewhere, there are many lots downtown run by way better people for way cheaper. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY.P.S. There is no way to remove your credit card from their website, you have to call and have them remove it from the back end... Just so you're aware of how this company works.

worst way to make money is to ticket people

Can't give them a zero rating!STAY AWAY! from Impark. I arrived after 6 pm by my clock, when the flat rate applies. I paid my 6 bucks and got my ticket. I was running late so I didn't look closely at the fine print. For 6 bucks I got 8 minutes of parking. After 3 hours when I got back to my car there was an infraction notice, $42. I went to their website and entered my complaint on their web form. NO CONTACT, NO CONFIRMATION AND NO REPORT OF A RESOLUTION!Then a reminder arrived in the mail for $74 and threats to send to a collection agency. I called, they couldn't find my first complaint so I submitted again. I got their email, I will be sending it there as well. Until they fix their issues, park elsewhere! If they fix this I may revise my rating.
