My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from Steve. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Steve goes out of his way to make his clients feel supported, hopeful, and he treated us (and still treats us) like we were family. We needed to refinance our mortgage but, due to having a lower credit score, it was not an easy task to manage. Not for Steve though! He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of and to put our minds at ease. I cannot speak highly enough of him and what he did for me and my family. Steve was there for our family and continues to reach out to offer support several months later.We ran into some snags a few times during the process, but Steve reassured us each and every time that it was okay and that it would work out; he was so positive through the entire process – even when things didn’t go as planned – and it helped us remain optimistic. Steve is excellent with communication – he was in constant contact with us, ensured we always knew what was going on through every step, and was always available via phone call to answer questions or address any concerns. In short, he gave us peace of mind in a time that felt very uncertain. He was able to get us out of debt and into a good place financially again and I can’t begin to thank him enough for all he has done for my family. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone and everyone – he is the best of the best!

First of all a big thank you to Steve Tallo! Steven's name was given to me by a mutual acquaintance when my wife and I were in a very stressful situation selling our old home and purchasing our new one. Our mutual acquaintance told me you need to talk with Steve, if anyone can help you it is him! So I spoke to Steve and immediately he got to work using all his resources (which are quite extensive I must say). Updating my review to include a second great experience with Steve. Given our situation we had a number of things that needed to be addressed with our new lender, and Steve always tried to push things through for us as soon as possible. We were able to renew the mortgage again in time, and Steve again has taken care of us as best he can. Thanks again Steve!Having dealt with some pretty poor service from TD with our previous mortgage, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Steve. He keeps you constantly informed through the process, and explains the process so you understand it. We were able to complete this whole process without having to drive somewhere for multiple meetings, everything was done via email or at our house at a time that suited our schedule.
