Mathew was an absolute legend. My son and I came in 40 minutes AFTER close. (I messed up on the hours) He was cashing out and probably couldn't wait to finish a long day. We needed to take links out and he obliged. I respect the extraordinary service of a fellow business owner, but I also really appreciate the real-world example of selflessness for my son to see. Thank you Mathew. You're one of the good ones.

I went in to have a necklace repaired and some batteries replaced on a few watches. It was a pleasure dealing with Matthew, as he was quick, friendly and took great care in repairing my necklace. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their jewelry and watches serviced!

Do not deal with this company! They will charge you twice as much just because they want to add new services. They asked to replace the stem and crown, agreed on a price of 125C$. 2 months of waiting, and they give me the watch, changing the whole case in it, for which I had to pay 895C$, while not giving me the old case, saying that it was recycled. My mistake was that I did not understand this in a telephone conversation, but paid on the spot, because I did not look at the terminal. But I think you owe it to me to give away my old part, not get rid of it! Terrible feeling of cooperation, an incredibly huge cost for a service that you did not ask for!

Matthew is by far the greatest watch repair specialist you have ever employed. I have been coming for years. He is the ultimate with large crowds waiting and so fast and efficient. Today was the first day of the Calgary Stampede and people were lined up. The poor guy was alone. You can’t know how personable this guy was. AMAZING to say the least. Trust me…..he needs a raise like no other. The guy is beyond the very best. P.S. He didn’t pay me to say this either.

I had an expensive watch that needed a battery replacement; the jewelry store it was purchased at didn't do replacements and recommended the Bay. The watch had been worn a handful of times prior.The first problem: the technician said to leave the watch on the counter and he would start on it. He gave no ticket or receipt. He left it there and took a phone call where it was available for anyone to take it. After a few minutes, I made sure he secured it behind the counter.The second problem: he scratched the back of the watch during the battery change. I understand this can happen, but that's why I brought it to an expert rather than attempt it myself. The worst part, though, is it was obvious and he would have known it happened, but he didn't inform me about the scratch... I discovered it later that night.

Brought my Gucci watch in for a battery and Matt, the repair gentleman was so friendly and courteous. He got my watch done in minutes!!!! I highly recommend market mall watch and jewellery repair to my family and friends and everyone!

I gave my smart Tissot watch to this shop on 03/04/2023 to change a simple battery . I asked Matthew if they have experience to replace battery of this type of watch and he said yes more than 20 years and everyday! Then, when he returned the watch to me the watch did not work!! He asked for manual of the the watch. I came back with manual and another staff (Jai) told me he should not touch this watch and he should sent it to service center in BC from day one for battery replacement. Anyway, they sent the watch to BC and after that in Toronto and they informed me the watch damaged and cost $700.00 to fix it. Now, it is about 3 months I am expediting with them, however they are not responsive. The owner is not show up and responsive, the staff do not give you the tel no of the owner and any time I called their extension no, they are not responsive or just reply unprofessionally and kick you to next weeks and months. Do not select this shop for your watch. They do not care about your asset , money and time.Reference Invoice No: C-05419 (03/26/2023) , battery has been replaced on 03/04/2023.
