Have been buying all of my blinds for years from this location from my apartment to the different houses I've owned . Service has been great . Today I needed some of the replacement metal blinds top because the top of the blind no longer hooks into the track . These things do happen and I usually come in to get a few replacement pieces for their product - 100% guaranteed . The attendant in a smug voice says now you have to pay for it . $11 for 6 pieces . Ridiculous . Either make a stronger part that won't rip or include the item. Time to look for a new vendor that appreciates Loyalty at a time when all is done on line . Dissapointed. Consider other options before solliciting their buisiness !

Every single person we dealt with was great! Jordana was an absolute sweetheart! Super nice staff and even the installation guy Hugo was fantastic and super honest ! 3 of our blinds came longer than they were supposed to be and he was the one to point it out and had it corrected in less than a week. I absolutely love my new blinds! Thanks a bunch!

Gréât service. Very patient and professional. I just wish that the sales staff spoke English. Bilingualism is important in the service industry and sales staff need to be able to speak in the language that the client would like to served in.

Great service, nice selection, they help you , you just have to bring your measurement, they also instal everything they sold, the price is the same or almost in every store , the lady (Laurie-Anne) that serve us was verry nice and peppy and she find exactly what we needed

The staff are professional from the minute they take your sales order , selection and measurements till the minute they install . The accessories and fittings are good quality and designed very well , the fabric quality is outstanding. Just allow them to take their time in production and delivery and you won’t regret it .
