My watch was due for a service, and the AD seemed to have zero interest in helping me, I called the manufacturer, and the suggested Time and Gold as they were an authorized service Centre.Mary handled the entire process start to finish, kept me updated along the way, and was overall an absolute pleasure to work with.Well done Mary, and thank you for making this a fantastic experience

Just picked up a Tissot PRX Powermatic yesterday. I bought several watches from them before and every single experience has been fantastic. I recently had my Tudor serviced at Time & Gold and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.The best part was the price, which was very honest and reasonable compared to other watch service providers in the area. I appreciated their transparency and the fact that they didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs.The turnaround time was also impressive - I had my watch back in just 4 weeks. The clerk here was extremely knowledgeable and I had a blast chatting with him about the various models as well as the history of brands. Its rare to find such a passionate sales as well as one so knowledgeable. For that alone, this store is a gem.

My number one go-to place for watch hunting. Great collection, great customer service. To me buying a watch is not about switching money for luxury goods. Its about the experience, and Ryan always delivers. The staff here are very knowledgeable and most importantly they are passionate about watches. For first timers going to a watch AD is always a bit intimidating, you dont know what you're getting into or what is being offered to you right now. But rest assured this is the best AD around and they will guide you through the whole experience. For veterans, you will always find something interesting here, vintage or new. I bought multiple watches here and I will be back for more.

Amazing Customer Service. Ryan looked after me the moment I walked through the doors. Mary is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned watch. Recently had an Omega service done through them and she was so easy to work with, showed me a few pieces without me feeling sales pressure, overall a perfect experience.

It received a full service and light clean-up, all under 7 weeks!I couldn't stomach shipping my 116520 to Rolex Canada in Ontario for 10-12 weeks just to have an Official Certified Service" performed - despite not having the "Official Designation" - Time & Gold had the expertise to fully service my cosmograph at a level nothing short of "Officially Certified" in my perspective.Always courteous and happy to talk watches - plenty of beautiful makes and models in their showcases to keep you coming back.
