The worst apartment building ever. The building is full of bugs and pets making noises . New balconies, new corridor ,empty office with no manager. You need to fill a stupid form and drop to their mailbox to get your issue resolved. No guidance for new residents on how to locate anything in the building. Shame on you! Apartment is very cold, almost no heat at all and they will do nothing about it now matter how many times you complain. They take days to fix minor issues that you have in your unit

This is a disgusting place to live, I moved in June 15th moved out June 22nd, lost money, furniture, and hope with that place, please do not move here! I have a lot of pictures but they know how to hide it.The ladies at the front desk are liars, my husband and I asked them if they had any bedbugs or anything else we should be aware of and the completely denied.They really don’t care about any tenants or the building itself, and I bet all downtown area it is infested, so gross!

The worst one forever. This building is full of bed bugs. I have to check every where every night to kill them! They did sprayed but it didn’t work. Homestead shame on you! New balconies, new corridors with bedbugs!!! Ha ha ha!! Good job!I am so happy that I want to leave this hell very soon.

New balconies, new corridors with bedbugs!. I throw mu all furniture.i slept in the floor.still bite me.no manager this building from last year. Cleaner change every one week. No responsible any thing.no body solve your apartment problem. Shame on you! Apartment is very cold. No heat .
