Drove in from Calgary, and trust me it’s worth the drive. I have never eaten tacos with so much delicious meat packed in. The beef and chicken tacos tasted like I was in Guadalajara Mexico. I ordered the Gringas which were amazing with melted cheese. I was also pleased to see the offered Tortas Ahogada and Jamaica. The service was on point, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend if you want to feel like you’re on a mini vacation in Mexico!

We were seated immediately. There was a lack of a drink menu, but we had looked at the photos on Google and had an idea of what we wanted. We spent $72 on drinks, that was 1 Agua Fresca, 1 beer, 1 Michelada and 3 litre-size Micheladas. You do the math. The appetizers came in relative timing, maybe 10mins. That was great! Our food didnt take much longer, considering there was a birthday party going on there and they seemed quite busy. The waitress appeared to be very busy, she barely set the food down and she would be off and running again. Overall we spent $203 for 4 adults and 1 toddler. Food tasted amazing, my only suggestion would be some mariachi music to add to the atmosphere.TLDR: Delicous food, busy staff, a bit pricey but worth it.ETA: Do not underestimate the portions. We all struggled to eat everything and eventually took home 2 FULL to-go boxes.

Visiting from out of town , the food was reasonable but the service needs improving. After orders were placed, another lady had to come back to confirm again. One member of our party was completely overlooked for drinks, and then again for her meal, even after being the first to order both. We feel so bad for her but will sit there with her food and she still waiting. She definitely wasn’t impressed and understandably. I also heard the fajitas were okay, but nothing spectacular.

So, the food here is amazing. The staff is friendly and quick. What makes me mad is this group of 10 people come in and ask them to turn down the music. Now all I hear is there annoying conversations about nothing. If you go to a Mexican joint to eat there is always loud music and good vibes. If your 40 and up and say turn down the music then your old, go somewhere else. Thanks!

A wonderful family restaurant that has friendly staff and even better food. I've been several times now and they have not disappointed yet. Their tacos are the best I've had anywhere, their salsa is delicious, and their pico de gallo is always fresh and bright. This most recent time the tacos came on a board with extra toppings like pineapple and radish which was a nice addition.The atmosphere has definitely evolved since they first opened with what I assume is some traditional Mexican decorations. The music is always fun to listen to and a completely new experience for me. Everything is very clean and with seems more open than ever.This is a lovely restaurant and I hope it thrives for decades to come. I recommend it for anyone who loves bright, fresh flavours and some spice. (I also recommend the refried beans taco with pico de gallo on it). If you think salt and pepper is pushing it in the spice department and hate exposure to new food experiences then there is plenty of fast food restaurants in this town.

This food was incredible! The food was the best Mexican food I’ve had in so long it was perfect and the portion sizes were big and priced very well! Our waitress was such a sweetheart and very helpful. We were seated right away and the food came fast after we ordered! The atmosphere, decor and music was so much fun as well, they had the best music and it made for a great experience. Definitely a 10/10 but the food’s authenticity was definitely the highlight, especially the different salsas they had. The bathrooms were small and nothing special but cleaned well.

Went twice and seriously?? Just one word describe the food there: AMAZING. Never disappoint. Their Tacos Pastor with their Don Chava special spices are the best!! Yesterday we wanted to try the nachos and it was so good! It did not disappoint. I want to go back already! If I could put 10 stars, I would! Only thing missing would be some special Mexican drinks to go with :)

One of my new weekly staples. I'm am a die hard Michelada fan and this place is where I go to get my fix, just hits the exact spot and is thoroughly satisfyingFood is equally as good with their pastor and asada tacos being my go to dishes.

Something has definitely changed here. Food used to be amazing. Not any more! Food was low quality and not fresh. Enchiladas were dry and just didn’t taste good. Beans were not fresh and extremely dry as well. Quality has deteriorated significantly. Restaurant is also in a state of disrepair. Out of stock on all deserts as well. In retrospect, this was likely a good thing.What a shame. Has ownership changed?Avoid this place and save your money!!!!
