Amazing customer service, beautiful arrangement. I came in from out of town to drop off chocolates and a card to be delivered with my Valentine's bouquet order and they included them in the delivery. I loved the Dark Beauty Arrangement, very pretty contrasting blooms. Will go back the next time I need flowers in Kamloops!

Although I wrote a review a year ago...I had to come back again! Last summer, I purchased a spectacular bouquet for my partner for our anniversary. He loved it so much that for my birthday this year he bought me a bouquet from Fern and Frond - although he has never bought me flowers before. He requested a vase for the flowers, and Fern and Frond instead came up with a beautiful little pot that I can now plant something in. This shop creates such unique, creative, lush, wild arrangements and I can’t stop gushing about them. THANK YOU!

Beautiful arrangement ordered from Fern and Frond. Originally ordered sunflowers but they weren't available from the supplier, so the owners selected a beautiful alternate option far exceeding my expectations. Prompt delivery, accommodating service and beautiful design. I highly recommend.

Chelsea is such a pleasure to work with and her creative eye is truly unmatched. I worked with her on a styled shoot where she provided a huge table arrangement, bouquets, boutonnières, and extra florals. Wow! Chelsea is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Chelsea and the fern & fond team did our wedding flowers and they blew our minds away! Chelsea did a phenomenal job placing all the flowers out, and even did some during a crazy Okanagan 15 minute thunder storm. She was exceptionally friendly the day of and to plan with for all flower arrangements. I highly recommend Chelsea and the team!!
