Service from some of the parts staff is lacking. Was sold the wrong parts and the excuse was we could not tell due to it being a mixed year and there were 2 options. How about telling your customers that up front. I would have bought both and brought back what didn’t fit. Instead it’s positioned to be my fault and given attitude. At least the replacement bearings were provided at cost. Only way I will go back is if Royal says they can’t get whatever. Next side by side will also not be a Polaris.

I won't ever bring my boat to these guys again. First time they put their hands on it, they over tightened my motors foot screws which they didn't need to touch. Then they charged me over $100 to change the oil I couldn't because I couldn't get the screws off. They also damaged the screw head area so my washer won't seal properly. Just terrible service. Don't take your things here.

Made an appointment at the beginning of November to get my sled serviced...they told me to bring it in on Dec 12 I specifically told them I needed it before christmas..so I thought it would be like a car appointment where you bring it in and they look at it when your appointment is..it sat there for 10 days snow piled up and never even got touched.. if they didn't have time to look at it they should have said so and I could have went elsewhere back in November.. definitely lost future business from me

The sales department here is lacking. Their website is always outdated since they don't bother to post new sleds. Waited months to get an answer for a sled that was going to be available for purchase. Never ended up getting a real answer... he just kept beating around the bush. Ended up buying in Sturgeon. Much better service there!

I bought a boat privately that was stored and serviced here right before I purchased it.They demonstrated to the sellers the incorrect way to test the motor out of water, and they showed me the incorrect way. When I got the boat home I read the manual and discovered they may have damaged the water pump. When I took it out sure enough no flow, pump was destroyed. Clearly there mechanics don't read user manuals.After lightly using the trailer noticed foggy oil and a leak on a hub. Hubs serviced and Oil seal that was replaced right before I bought it was not installed properly. They either smashed the hub on or installed the seal with a hammer. The spring on the seal was pinched between the bearing and housing. When installing an oil seal you press on the outer edge not the inner part.The aeretor pump was also broken and cracked it appeared that it was stored overwinter with water in it causing it to crack when frozen.All in all I bought a boat that was serviced by this place and deemed water ready
