Place has consistently messed up orders. It's the closest to the area, and they don't care about service. From stale products to messing up coffee orders. An ice coffee I bought lacked sugar. .? Really! To the state off the stores cleaning, it's not a good representation for Tim Hortons.

Stay away from this place, terrible service. Visited place one morning, and people are injecting them self next to the entrance. People who work inside are rude. There is no how I can help you" or " thank you". Also inside is dirty

Food and drinks are always great at Tim’s even in this franchise.However, the day I went had inexperienced staff. They were also short staffed.Had to remind them of my bagel in which I assume they didn’t know how to make since they waited for another staff to come in and make it.The bathrooms were also locked that day and an old man was unable to use it after asking multiple times.Great location near the Hamilton city hall though. And the franchise is very spacious with multiple tables and chairs to dine in.

Mostly fine. They gave me my food reasonably fast and such. My croissant had a hair in it, though. I also got food for the homeless folks outside. This seems to be a hangout for homeless folks.

This Tim Hortons has changed for the worse. It was dirty and obvious maintenance was needed. Buckets were catching water from a leaking roof, the floors and tables were not clean. It was quite a disappointment. I will not return to this location again.

This place is literally disgusting. Usually just trying to enter this store is like going through a maze of homeless people blocking your entrance. Place is filthy, staff is totally incompetent. I live almost next door and I avoid this place like the plague. Security definitely needs to be added or better yet, this store should be shut down.

I have never given such a bad rate to a place, because I live in the condo next door, so I have to buy coffee here often.When ordering food on the phone, there are always some order missing or some mistakes. I go to the store and have the simplest iced coffee. They can make a completely different taste from other tim Horton.Why?The staff are friendly, but their abilities are really terrible.

This is my local Tim's. I make sure to stop here whenever I need a caffeine boost before my own fast food shifts. Today I must've come during a mega-rush. The place was packed and due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on dining people are definitely looking more to service workers for speed and efficiency as nobody wants to stand around in line waiting on food during these times.That being said today I was helped by Hemanth and his manager, DJ. They all handled the line well while making sure to keep everything moving. Adept at handling the crowds as well as the colourful local scene these guys really did well today and should be commended on their efforts.By now they see my order coming a mile away and they always remember which donuts are my favorites. There are tons of Tim's in the city but I actively choose this one because of the friendly faces.

Don't use the bathroom here, gross clogged up toilets. Everything is dirty and trashed. I know it's downtown but could be better!
