After having a negative experience at 2 different shops, I really appreciated the warm and attentive customer service at Eva's. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and kind, the shop has character, and the wigs are gorgeous. Thank you for your help ❤️

My 9 year old daughter has alopecia and has been a customer of Eva Wigs Inc. for nearly 4 years. Everyone that works here ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. They are incredibly compassionate and always go above and beyond what is required. The wigs made here are amazing quality and the customer service is excellent.

Frances is the most helpful, patient, compassionate person that we could ever hope for. My mom used to shop here since the store moved to Broadway, and as she aged and transportation to the store has become more cumbersome, Frances has the human touch and gift to communicate with her by phone and sell us what she needs. I cannot thank enough for Frances being here and make my mom's life more human, dignified, and happy. Frances, your work transcends barriers!

Can’t recommend the wigs here enough! The quality especially for human hair is top notch. They also offer a variety of different options. The store has so much history and many 5 star review for a reason. I also learned from the owners they’re supporting the cancel society with the wig products which is very meaningful. I’d definitely come back again.

I was not sure if a wig was going to feel okay after chemotherapy however I was pleasantly surprised. Cynthia and her staff were so helpful and patient with me. I left with new wig feeling beautiful!! A very nice selection in a safe environment. Thankyou ladies :)

This place is the best! They have the most well-made wigs. I bought my first non-synthetic wig here two and a half years ago and it's still my daily wig. A year ago I bought another non-synthetic wig from another place that was more expensive and of terrible quality (still shedding to the point where I now have a huge bald patch and poor construction). Last week I bought 2 new wigs from Eva & Co and I love them. Also the service there is great-Frances and Cindy are so friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service, my mom attended to get a solution for her hair loss problem, they insisted her a lot to buy an expensive wig, which really didn't have the greatest quality, and as soon as they saw she was not happy with their decision, the staff almost tell her to just leave. We were hoping to have a good attention since they have good reviews, but that was not our experience. Not helpful at all.

I've purchased from Eva & Co many times over the past 3 years, and every time has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they're always very patient when I bombard them with a scwillion questions lol. This is my go-to place for my wig needs.
