I love the service here. The staff are all pleasant to deal with and know their stuff. I am always taken care of and made to feel right at home. I get my custom orthotics here. They also have a wide selection of footwear and socks to choose from for all you foot care needs.

As per my insurance provider, Stride charges higher than customary fees for products and services." Be aware that you may have to pay out of pocket (partially) as many insurance companies will not cover $450 for one pair of orthotics."

November 2020 One Kind and helpful receptionist; however the other receptionists and technicians did not consistently keep records of calls and information from me about my request. I've been in pain and unable to walk properly for a year. I was just asked so where do we go from here" I said throw my file in the garbage
