Purchased one of their steam mops (the steam boy) and it has been a great experience. The mop is water efficient as well as powerful and cleans a variety of surfaces exceptionally well. Additionally it feels very well built and sturdy so I expect it will last a long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a steam mop for their home or business

The service deserves a 5 star but here's my story. I purchased a 2601R in 2020 and loved it. But after a fall, it leaked water (although it still heated). Repair was almost a much as a new one except that model is out of stock and being replaced with 2701R. Not wanting to purchase another brand, I got the 2301R. UNFORTUNATELY, it is designed to CHIRP as long as it is plugged in. There is no on/off switch. So although it has an auto-off" feature

Called to let Reliable know about the breakage of their product when it fell off the sewing table due to the flimsy stand. They let me know they are redesigning the unit and will send a replacement. Very cordial representation of the company. I hadn't even asked for replacement but am pleased that they offered.

Be aware of the company's return policy.I by accident ordered 2 set of wheels for my chair. Although the company will let you return items, you must pay shipping. The wheels cost $35 and shipping was $36 UPS or $20 Canada Post. I did return the item as it is a waste of resources not to, however am very disappointed in the company's return policy.The product is good, but communication and returns are disappointing.

Reliable! Exactly that!I needed a really particular part for my sewing machine that broke. I got the part number but was unable to source the exact item online. I was looking for a suitable substitute.Reliable was recommended to me by a friend who professionally sews. So many sewing shops have closed down in the city.I filled in the online Contact Us" form and got a reply within an hour. I planned to go in in-person after they confirmed they could help me.I was greeted immediately at the door. I brought in the broken part with me as an example. The CSR went into the warehouse with my part and came back with an almost exact match! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!Price was less than the similar parts found online. Also

I own a 3000IS home pressing station and it is an immense pleasure to use. Instead of numerous passes to get a pretty good press with my old home iron, the 3000IS produced a smoothness in my shirts I had never seen, after just one pass. I ironed my clothes in less than half the time it normally took. Behid that station stand the folks at Reliable who are committed to quality and customer service. Highly recommended.

Terrible company. We ordered an expensive ironing board that arrived damaged. . They kept trying to send us parts and file repair claims. We expected the item to arrive in working condition but it was beyond wobbly. We even offered to buy a new ironing board and then return the damaged one to speed up the process... However, they made it so complicated that we decided to just return it and find a new one from a different company.They sound like scammers on the phone, they wasted so much of our time and it was an all-around horrible experience. Perhaps don't sell in the US if this is the way you treat your customers. The website we purchased says 30 to 60-day return guarantee so I'm really confused as to what their problem was. I almost had to call my bank to report them as fraudulent as they kept trying to avoid a return.

The products were delivered very quickly, spoke to a pleasant person on the phone. I returned products which also went reasonably smoothly. However, I have now been waiting almost six weeks to receive a credit on my credit card. I have called and was told there were credits in the system but still not applied to my credit card. Very annoying since it's about 700.00 accumulating interest waiting for the credit.

We are incredibly impressed with both the garment steamers and sewing machines we've received from Reliable. We have worked with other machines in the past, and the quality of Reliable's craftsmanship is notably higher. The quiet motors in both the serger and the zigzag machine are so helpful in keeping our production environment calm and peaceful! Also the fact that we haven't had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting the machines - we can just rely on them to work!

o Yes, I told you this morning on our telephone call. I cannot imagine spending $200.00 more dollars to ship this professional board to Canada. In reality, the board is not out of warranty as I got it for Christmas. I am disappointed that you did not understand how distressed I am by this situation. Remember I mentioned that it is too expensive to ship Reliable’s faulty machine to Canada. Reliable should service their product, pay for shipping, or send me a board that works. I did not pay 600 bucks for an ironing board to last 1 year. Refund my money please so I can buy a new ironing board that works, from a reputable company that has customer service. You gave me the “runaround” as I have been getting for TWO MONTHS. You also assured me that you would call me this afternoon, but you did not. You restated in an email the same problem I had already explained. Please replace my board. The lack of communication and customer support is appalling. I told youall this this morning. I called you this afternoon, however, I only reached recording after recording. Please service your product in a timely manner. Please be ethical and do the right thing. That board should have lasted at least 7 years. Even the frame, or legs are covered for 10 years. I look forward to hear from you tomorrow with an appropriate solution to this “nightmare”. Big corporation rips off 60 year old after holding her board hostage for 2 months as they email things for the customer to do for them. This is not acceptable.
