Very friendly service. BUT I have attached a picture to this to explain why I gave a 2 star.Also I asked for two sausage farmers wraps and I got two bacon sausage wraps.They murdered my Boston cream donut :'(

I love the coffee.. when they make it right. I shouldn't have to hope my coffee will taste good. Their turkey bacon club is amazing.

Be prepared to wait. It literally took 30minutes to get two sandwiches. It looks like they spent a million dollars on the new building but didn't hire enough staff. Staff were nice but they really struggling. Management should hire more people for the sake of customers and staff.They were out of some food options but the food was great when it finally came. Bathroom was clean. Parking lot is crazy, recommend parking on the other side of the building.

Had a really weird encounter with the store manager. still feel uncomfortable every time i visit this place. also, smelled of spoiled milk. spills on counters. Dirty tables in the sitting area. the lady working the front counter is very sweet to talk to although she seemed tired. most of the ladies are very sweet and humble! overall i do like this store and hope it keeps improving!

Every single time I come through the Cobden drive through I have a great experience. No matter the time of day, I've never had an exchange at the drive thru window with anyone who didn't have a smile on their face. I'm met with kindness and cheer from every individual. They're fast, efficient and just a joy to be served by. Major props to the staff here!! Thanks for always making it a great experience!!

A very clear, modern Tim Hortons serving the same great coffee. It’s nicely furnished and looks different from the more traditional Tim Hortons cafes. Staff here is very helpful and friendly.

I would rate it 5. However, being a driver..I wish the wraps were still in a box instead of paper wrapped..much easier to eat while driving.As well being a busy stop, not many in trucks can go access the drive-thru.Hope you can get more people working the front :)All in all, it is a great spot to stop..

Ordered food which I understand takes a little bit longer but it doesn’t take 34 minutes. The girl taking my order was rude and lacked some costumer service. I understand that it’s hard dealing with lots of people and orders as I worked in a Tim Hortons in Pembroke for over a year but you can’t take it out on the customer when you get stressed and mess up.
