I am very happy with the services they provided - on-time, professional, Diligent, very reasonable price. They mowed my front lawn bi-weekly, also edging , my lawn looked beautiful and tidy, ever since they took over the job. They also helped clean up my backyard ( no grass, but fully landscaped yard), it looked gorgeous after their magic work. I really appreciate their hard work,. Will use them again next year. Fantastic experience working with Nathan and his team of professionals. They gave terrific advice, answered all my questions, were always on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job of revitizing my front yard. Last year I had some yard work done by Student Lawn Pros. Unfortunately, some of the work needed to be redone this year, as the mulch could not be layered thick enough to prevent weeds, and the weed barrier under the rocks had some gaps and was not durable enough to prevent the weeds.When weeds continued to pop up this year, I requested that they redo the weed barrier, which I purchased myself to ensure good quality product. At the end of the day I learned that they put weed barrier under the mulch, as I requested, but they did not replace the weed barrier under the rocks.It was difficult to get a committment regarding dates and follow up was not timely. It's great to see a local business growing and getting more business. But don't forget about your existing customers.I've not worked with other landscaping businesses, so have nothing to compare them to, but I recommend ensuring communications with the team are very clear to ensure there are no misunderstandings.

Hardworking, very friendly, accommodating team. I like this business because it provides jobs to students. Looks like they are good at lawn maintenance and snow removal. I have a larger backyard that needed to be regraded for proper slopes. I have provided them a plan with a drawing. They removed old sod and dirt and bought new topsoil and sod.Unfortunately, they rushed grading part and left with old uneven lawn. Appreciate them for coming back to fix it. They removed sod from one small area and redone the grading and it looks awesome. They put topsoil on remaining lawn and now I am waiting for the grass to grow through the topsoil.My lawn is not any better than before, it is uneven, no proper grading, still water is pooling. Very disappointed and sad for wasting my time and money on this project.

I had an excellent experience with SLP! Nathan was extremely prompt in responding to my wife and I when we first inquired about getting the landscaping done in our yard.We had a really bad downslope towards the foundation of our house, and Nathan and his crew, led by Graeme, came in and got it all fixed for us. The grading, laying of the sod, rock, and mulch took 2 days in total. Graeme and his crew were extremely efficient and did a great job!We even had a small miscommunication on one part of the project and they showed up the same day I texted them to get it all fixed and ensure I was happy with it.Prices were good compared to some other companies I contacted.Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the work that was done in our yard!

Sprinklers installed. Answered all my questions and when emailed answered the questions. Very glad I called because I would not have installed them as professionally or efficiently. I would phone or email them again for other services.

After reading reviews for student lawn pros, I decided to give them a try. The service was outstanding! After years of a dry looking dandelion infested lawn I now have a beautiful green lawn! Nathan is incredibly prompt with replies to questions! Appointments are communicated clearly and services are completed on time! The one time trimming had been forgotten, Nathan was courteous in his reply and had the service taken care of right away.

Being in a new development area, I started with nothing and they were able to re-grade, add topsoil, install fresh green sod and add landscaping edging to complete a clean look around the flowerbeds.Easy to work with, very responsive and willing to go the extra mile.Highly recommend!*~
