A month ago, we booked them to help us with our installed hot water solar panels. We needed them removed before June 27th 2022 as we were getting a new roof. We where told the price and that we had tons of time, it's a 2 hour job for 2 hours. No issues with the timing. A week before our roof was to be installed, we placed 4 emails and 30+ unanswered calls because no one had come yet to temporarily remove the panels. I left work, went to their office because the roofers were coming on the Monday, this was Thursday. The office was empty, there was a sign on the door saying they would be back in 2 days. We were totally left high and dry and had to post-pone our roof installation. Absolute Garbage. We have solar hot water, do we recommend it? 1000% it's amazing... would I have this company install, service or ever touch my home, not on your life. Totally unreliable, and no apologies for our gross inconvenience, lost time and unanswered correspondences.

Had a 15 cell Solar panel system (photo-voltaic) installed with Thermo Dynamics. Right from the start they had the best customer service. They were the only company of the 4 we got quotes from that actually came out and looked at the house in person. From that they were able to help us design the best set-up for us. Thankfully they also came in with the best quote! We went through HRM's Solar City Program" and Thermo Dynamics not only did great designing and installing the system

We have a solar hot water system (1 panel) feeding directly into our hot water tank. Installed in 2007, no problems since. If the water in the tank isn't warm enough, we switch on the power. From April to November no need for temperature boosts. 2 people living in our household.

Thermo Dynamics has been an industry leader for years and inspired multiple generations with their dedication to solar energy and sustainability.And it feels great every time I take a shower with solar heated water. Saves money too!

Very rude customer service.

We have owned a Thermo dynamics solar hot water heater since 2002 and calculate that it paid for itself in 8 years. The maintenance has been minimal, but anytime that I needed help, the staff, Rob Machalko and Paul Sajko, were excellent. They even gave me instructions via email and text on how to maintain my own system. This greatly reduced costs and also allowed me to feel a great sense of autonomy with my system. As they say, energy costs are rising and so is the sun". I smile every sunny day as my system hums along pre-heating my hot water.Thank you for all your help

They were supposed to do an assessment and the first time they didnt show up, but claimed we cancelled (we didn't). Then the second time, they didn't show up again. So we gave up on them. I would be worried hiring them to do any work if they can't even organize themselves to do an assessment.
