Always a line and have to wait in long lines. Need more cashiers

May 2021 - We were temporarily left without Home Owner insurance on our New build home, due to our Financial Advisor providing the incorrect banking information. Just about 6-digits short on our void cheque that was printed off and provided BY said financial advisor. No wonder our cheques kept bouncing though our chequing account was funded. You’d expect when dealing with a client’s finances, mortgage, livelihood that an advisor would execute high attention to detail and 100% accuracy. First week after your closing and being fully moved in our new home. NO COVERAGE. Can you imagine if anything were to have happened? Just makes me sick thinking about the worst case scenario. An incredibly stressful and serious situation where only a simple “sorry, my honest mistake” was offered. No, I did not raise this to the attention of the manager. No, I did not call in to customer service to provide coaching feedback for the advisor. The situation still stresses me out and makes me quite anxious, just thinking about stepping foot in there. Just not worth it. I just hope that those who are wanting to switch banks, to steer clear from Envision. Hope my $5 membership fee goes far. Ha. 100/10 Would not recommend

Seems impossible to Phone in and have anyone answer! I have been on Elavator Music for 30 Min. now.

Asked for 2 particular staff for my friend and I, got one I asked for as the other 20min behind. Jesse said she wasn’t told by her manager.Jenny: She did a good job and added more bling maybe to compensate for attitude. I put gel nails in dryer, burning me. Jenny says “5 seconds”. I say, best you tell the customer. She says, we’ll thought you knew as you been here before. I say, never assume as it’s been a mth. She then said , “Babyyy)) -not nice. Set the tone for the rest of appt. She talked the whole time to her staff, not me at all. When I made appt, a staff booked time and hung up. I called back saying, you didn’t ask me for name/number. I say, it’s not my job to tell but for you to ask’. Mm) .Appears when you complain, tables get turned into the client. Maybe a sorry would be nice and say you forgot to tell me 5 seconds in gel-dryer, than to assume I should know.Jenny did add more bling, which was nice but be more polite and take ownership. Night.

Extremely friendly, always helpful and accommodating. I love my branch!!!

I am a brand new member. One complaint I have is the branch never seems to answer the phone when I have a question. It's a bit frustrating.

Vanessa at the Garrison Village is the best! She is friendly and gets my requests completed quickly and efficiently. She is the one to help if you need it! Even when I can’t get into the office, she can do it! Thank you for your great service Vanessa!

Embarrassing and shameful practice from staff. Will be closing my account as I don't want to support this company and encourage others to really think twice about their ethics and what they stand for
