The pin on the arm of my reading glasses fell out and San fixed it in a jiffy! The glasses are better than ever! And they also cleaned my glasses! I'm very happy; thank you for the gracious service!

My husband had to take back his glasses 3 times he has not even been able to wear. First time the lenses had a mark then the second time the fixed the lenses but did not put the transitions back on the lenses so 1 eye had it and the other did not. Took them back again and here's hoping they can get it right this time.

My Husband and I walked into the Store to ask if they could help me with the eye pads on my glasses as they were hurting. Even though I did not get my glasses here Amila went out of way to try and help by putting bigger eyepads on them. They helped for a bit but they are still bothering me still. I appreciate all she did for me by listening and and trying to fix the problem. I highly recommend this place thank you once again for trying

Ahhh!!!! I love this place, so friendly and awesome. My glasses were done same day!!! Mind you my script was in stock and I did bring my own frames. I did also opt out of an fatigue filter to have them done more quickly (mind you my old pair broke and I've been walking around with my perscription sunglasses on for two weeks so you can understand my urgency for regular lenses ha ha) , this was 100% my choice and I wasn't pressured into anything at all! was told 1-2 week turn around if i did choose anti fatigue, which is amazing compared to other placed who told me 6 weeks!. I will be returning!!!! Lovely ladies!

Vogue Optical has always been great. I get my eyes checked here every year. Most recently I had them replace lenses in my glasses (that I did not get from them originally!) and it was so quick (advised 1-2 weeks and was back before the first week was even up!) and they have the relax lenses (also known as anti fatigue) that are really hard to find now but have helped me with reading so much as someone who needs her glasses for distance. Great customer service! Definitely recommend!

I moved to Brantford almost 9 years ago from Mississauga and had to find a new optical place to purchase my contacts. First I tried Walmart and then 3 for 1 glasses. However, then I came to find, Vogue Optical and this I call home for my sight.Ever since I began there, the optometrist blew me away. No one ever in my life had given me such a thorough exam before. He asked me question no one ever had. Such as when you read a book, how far away do you hold it in order to read. I held it not too far and he advised me that in time I may notice that I have to hold it further away to read efficiently. Wow! he could not have been more right! I was thinking a few years!!! Unfortunately, it was only a few months. He enlightened me on more things, but, you can be the judge. I can't wait to see him again and my 24 year old agrees for herself who also sees him.There is the lovely Catherine who has the warmest personality and makes sure you are taken care of with ease.But, the highlight of me going there over the past few years is, SAM!I first met Sam during Covid. There were all these STUPID rules in place and ultimatley did not make sense. I had to pick up my contacts one day and no one was permitted us to roam the mall. You entered at the doors and I needed my contacts. I then reached, Sam on the phone and let him know of the situation, he said not to worry and he would come to me on the opposite end of the mall. He did just that and when he came to me for the first time, he was not frustrated or irritated. In fact, he was quite the opposite! He was what you wish everyone would be and some!Sam continues to be an amazing person to me every time I place an order and he seems to do it so naturally.We need more Sam's in the world!

I live overseas and always return to Vogue Optical to get new glasses. They are personable and very efficient. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience here. My daughter was having some big issues with her eye and they were able to get us in right away and we're so lovely with my nervous 6 year old. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
