Very Authentic Kung Fu with application practice, intense workouts, lion dance training and really fun, friendly people to be around. I can't imagine going anywhere else in Victoria. Plus you get to be part of the Chinese New Year celebrations every year for an added cultural experience.The experience is easily with double what they ask as a monthly fee because they are a non profit organization.

The Wong Sheung Kung Fu Club is the best martial arts club that my child and I have trained in. Everyone in the club is respectful and friendly. It is great to learn authentic Kung Fu skills, the lion dance and related instruments. My daughter looks forward to her Kung Fu lesson every Monday, even after 7 months of being with the club. The volunteering instructors are dedicated and professional; they catered the learning paths to our skill levels.Last month, we volunteered at the Chinese New Year parade 2023 in Chinatown for the very first time. It was an inspiring experience to see everyone who was once trained by the club to come out to participate and perform for the Chinese New Year celebration. For my daughter who has never been to China or South East Asia, she truly felt the cultural experience while performing the lion dance from store to store. The club instructors and community have helped to build her self-confidence and shape her personality.My kids have tried a few different martial arts outfits in town, some of which were overcrowded or pay little attention to the children's performance, but at Wong Sheung I feel we get a lot more than we pay.
