I have two business accounts with them and I have gotten the great services from them so far.All the staff, including the tellers and management team are really nice and helpful.

One of the most friendly RBC branches I have dealt with. The staff there is very personable and very professional.- SABA is the newest member of team yet she already shows knowledge of her work and already fits in with the branch..- FARANGIS is so wonderful and also pleasant to deal with and makes a customer feel welcome.- CHLOE who now works in one of the North York branches is one of a kind. Very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable and very efficient. Good thing RBC recognized her and promoted her.- BEN who is now with one of the Richmond Hill branches is also a great gentleman to work with. No wonder he got the promotion.- MAHIN, a wonderful lady there at this particular branch. Had a pleasant experience with an employee (Farangis) there, who helped me with my Cheque. When I asked for new one and told her I have some old cheques with my previous address on it, she told me, you know what? You can still use your old ones by masking your old address on it and gave me a sticker to cover the address section. I know it might be tiny help, I for sure could pay for new checque, but even saving those coins as I really needed just one cheque, was pleasant for me and showed she Care for her customer!Thank you, Farangis!

I am giving the branch a 3 star only because of one good experience! Other than that I would give only one star.I had so many trouble with this branch specially Mahin caused me so much trouble by her lack of knowledge & laziness in her job.On the other hand, Sara Zamani was the only helpful person there!She helped me through fixing her colleagues mistakes. I sincerely thank her for doing her best on the job instead of arguing with the client & making constant mistakes like her other colleagues !!!Wish the manager sees this comment & do something about the general service of this branch! It’s a huge branch with really bad service & bank tellers!

Banking with RBC for over half a decade. Great service, Great staff! thanks to Sara Shamsollahi who is a very professional advisor and always a pleasure to deal with. She always provides expertise for my money matters, personal finances and investment. I’ve never experienced any negative in this branch.

Since I came to Canada, I have only owned an account at Royal Bank,for 49yrs. and in the meantime, I have received services from Yonge and the Hollywood Branch. However, parking there is difficult, so I moved my account to the World's Yonge branch with difficulty last year. But here, I feel that the service is very different from the old branch. A female employee scolds customers and yells at me. I'm really thinking about it right now. I am thinking of moving to another bank.
