Nice Workers. Went to buy some things a number of weeks ago, and got very good service from a few young men. Very respectful and polite. The office did mess up my order so that is the only reason for the 4 star.

Shopped here for years as Springfield timber mart but last 2 times were nothing like the old small town customer service- I will never shop at the location again. Service was horrible and treated like shi& on 2 occasions

Great Staff, horrible HR (not going to disclose). Worked Hard for 8 months,slugging drywall then got randomly terminated due to having covid and refusing proof of negative test which is not needed and was not required by the public health unit. The HR is extremely controlling and manipulating and will get her way no matter what. Great people in the office, great coworkers but things are needed to change if the company does not want to go downhill. Very top heavy. All the Best

Mediocre customer service at best. Gone are the days of the small town Timber Mart owned by the Craiks.
